BENEFITS TO MEMBER CLUBS

The NACA offers to all member clubs the following benefilts, please see the sub menu's above for further information:

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT:

NACA's goal is to deliver our member clubs the top Customized Curling Website System ever created.  We plan to design and develop web sites for every member NACA club.  NACA will pay for both the upfront fee (valued at $1500) and your first year of licensing, hosting and maintenance.  We are excited about this project and are proud to offer all NACA clubs this no-risk opportunity.

EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL:

The NACA has available for purchase or loan - instructional manuals and video's on how to curl, coaching manuals, officiating manuals, ice making manuals.  See Technical Programs on the left menu for the Technical Order Form.

INSTRUCTIONAL CLINICS:

The NACA supplies qualified Instructors to help member clubs organize junior clinics, adult learn to curl and intermediate clinics. See Technical Programs

INSTRUCTOR / COACHING COURSES:

The NACA provides access to qualified Learning Facilitators who are anxious to train instructors and coaches. See Technical Programs

ICE TECHNICIAN SCHOOLS:

The NACA offers member clubs Level 1 and 2 ice courses.  Level 1 schools are held in the fall of each year and Level 2 schools are held in the spring every three years. See Technical Programs

BUSINESS OF CURLING:

The NACA has trained facilitators who will assist member clubs in all areas of the "Business of Curling".  The NACA can organize and coordinate a conference targeted to curling clubs on marketing, financial management, how to increase membership and how to recruit and keep volunteers.

JUNIOR CURLING PROGRAM:

The NACA continues to promote junior curling by:

* Coordinating Learn to Curl Clinics

* Funding

* Junior Curling Stones - The stones can be used for school, clinics, bonspiels or incorporated into your  junior program.

*Coordinating and Sponsoring Junior Bonspiels and Playdowns

BONSPIELS:

The NACA assists member clubs organize and coordinate the following bonspiels:

* Neil Moher School Bonspiel

* Hazel Jamison Junior Bonspiel

* Olson's Bantam Banspiel

* Dominion Club Championship Bonspiel

PLAYDOWNS:

The NACA coordinates and operates the following playdowns:

* Northern Men's Playdown

* Northern Women's Playdown

* Northern Senior's Playdown

* Northern Junior's Playdown

* Northern Mixed Playdown

* Northern Juvenile Playdown

* Northern Master's Playdown

CHAMPIONSHIPS:

The NACA provides member clubs with the opportunity of hosting NACA, Provincial and Canadian Championships.

OTHER:

The NACA also provides member clubs with access to draw information, achievement and merit awards, playdown posters, and Season of Champions Legacy Fund - see NACCS on left menu.
